Made with Love
“I see the best in any situation, and I want to reflect that to the world.”
Aditi Jaitli concocted Holy Chocomoly truffles from her love of food, and commitment to
health. She is an international foodie – born in India, raised in Dubai and now living in
the USA. She fell in love with food when she was young, and built her career around
it.
“There’s life, and there’s chocolate. But life with a little chocolate is best of
all.”
During the pandemic, many of us focused on our health and wellbeing in
new ways. Aditi did too. She started eating a healthier diet, but didn’t want to give up on
chocolate. She searched the stores for something sweet she could feel good about eating, and
sharing with others.
But she couldn’t find what she was looking for. The sugar-free products were full of
artificial ingredients. Others had too many refined sugars and other additives. She decided
to try making something herself.
”I wanted to use the richness of chocolate, the sweetness of fruit and the goodness
of nuts to make something different.”
Using her incredible knowledge of food and nutrition, Aditi began experimenting until she
found the balance she was looking for. Sugar sourced from dates, nutrition from nuts, and
rich chocolate combined to make a scrumptious treat.
With over 15 years experience in the food industry, Aditi knows food – its quality, safety
and how it travels from farm to table. She founded Tangerine restaurant in Dubai, and is
trained in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRCGS Global Food Safety
Standard and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). She is passionate about making
an ethical, safe and high-quality product – with love.
